Let’s meander past streams and waterfalls and climb up to North Point in the Catskills, a gorgeous trail with a breathtaking summit and plenty of scenic views! This is an Easy/Moderate level, 3-mile hike with some mud and steeper sections to climb and includes yoga flows, other aspects of yoga, mindfulness activities, several breaks, and time for snacks, photos, journaling, and taking in the beauty and scenery of the outdoors. Come enjoy a mindful and revitalizing experience in nature with us!  

Meet at the Mountain Top Historical Society Building in Tannersville, right on 23A (5132 NY-23A, Haines Falls, NY 12436) by 9:00am. This meeting location offers plenty of parking and a restroom.  

This event will be facilitated by Ann Marie Costanza who has completed the Appalachian Trail, is certified in First Aid and CPR, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher - 500 and NYS Licensed Guide.
