Kick off the season by joining us for a mini hike with yoga in the Saratoga Spa State Park. The event is $15 and proceeds will be donated to the Adirondack Mountain Club to protect New York’s wild lands and waters. This event includes a yoga warm-up and breathing exercise, guided nature walk/hike (about 3 miles total on rolling terrain) with mindfulness activity, followed by a relaxing closing yoga session leaving you refreshed and ready for the holiday weekend.

All participants will receive a Leave No Trace pamphlet and hiking daytrip checklist. 

All who register before Monday May 17 will receive a complimentary sustainably and ethically sourced tee shirt.

Event times are 9:00am to approximately 12:00pm.

*Please bring your own water bottle, snacks, and mat. 

**Mask wearing is requested when social distancing is not possible.
